Artist and experienced educator, Ann Thompson, is offering a 5 week after school art program designed to give students an opportunity to try a variety of crafts. Weather permitting, these classes will be held outdoors. Some of the crafts may take place inside the art barn at Pasco campus with the doors wide open for airflow. Please dress warmly or bring layers. An email confirming your child’s enrollment will follow with a detailed list of any supplies needed.
$250. Per child. Healthy snack provided.

Ann Thompson is a studio metalsmith and Teaching Artist in Maine. She has been an adjunct
instructor in jewelry & metalwork at Southern Maine Community College and now teaches
privately. She enjoys sharing her skills through community art projects and her Teaching Artist
practice, Bike Part Art https://bikepartartme.blogspot.com/. She has recently launched a new
branch of this practice after collaborating with local history museums called makingHISTORY.
Workshops offered through this site offer hands-on, historically related art experiences which are
presented at a number of partner venues.
