Kristin Lewis Haight is very familiar with Southern Maine. Originally from Massachusetts, she spent her summers as child in Ogunquit, raised her children in York, and today is happy to call Kennebunk her home.
Kristin holds a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Wellesley College, a master’s degree in Nonprofit Management and Philanthropy from Bay Path University and currently serves as an adjunct instructor for the spring semester technical communications course at the Landing School of Boat Building & Design in Arundel. Before joining the Society, Kristin spent time teaching genealogy research to beginners and working in her family’s award-winning restaurant, Clay Hill Farm, in Cape Neddick. She is the author of two rhyming children’s books (one about Maine beach memories) and enjoys being creative.
When not at the Historical Society, Kristin can be found enjoying yoga and cross-fit, taking photographs of local scenes, oil painting, and spending time with her family and new granddaughter.
