The Town House School

Located at 135 North Street in Kennebunkport, the Town House School is a unique venue featuring a large, sun-filled room with all the charm you would expect to find in a turn-of-the-century building. The School House is well suited for hosting small-to-medium sized social and business gatherings. Seating capacity for 75, standing room for 150.

The building was fully restored and reopened in August 2019. Special features include:

    • The Town House School is available for rent seven days a week, year-round. Specialty tables and chairs may be rented from approved vendors. Linens are not provided. Audio visual equipment is also available for rent.

    RENTAL FEES (includes setup & tear down time):

    –Weekend-Night: $100 / Hour (Friday Evening, Saturday, & Sundays)

    –Weekend-Days: $75 / Hour (Friday-Sunday: Must be Finished by 3PM)

    –Weeknights: $50 / Hour (Monday-Thursday)

    –Weekdays: $25 / Hour (Monday-Friday: Must be Finished by 3PM)

  • –24-Hour Rental: $1,500
  • –48-Hour Rental: $3,000
  • All renters are responsible for a security deposit and cleaning fee. If your event is charging tickets, restrictions may apply.
  • All events must end by 10PM.
